Why is my floor so cold?
Poor access leads to sloppy work. In this picture the insulation was not correctly fastened to the underside of the subfloor (between the joists) and has fallen out completely. Needless to say, it's not doing much good on the ground. Poor working conditions probably lead to sloppy work.
